What Fun February has brought us so far. The Snow at the beginning of the month was an absolute joy to our family. Shrill screams of excitement and wonderment – and that was just me! Seriously though Aylah my 2 year old and I have had so much fun making snow angels and snowmen. I find that dressing appropriately is key to enjoying the snow so we donned our snowsuits and boots and headed out to the Broads. An early morning snowscene is just so stunning and peaceful. The untouched virgin snow, a reminder of the stillness that is available to us.
We have also had Valentines day. A time for us to acknowledge our loved ones. Even more so this year as my grandma celebrated her 80th birthday. Happy Birthday Grandma xx
IMPORTANT REMINDER! Catton Yogi’s. 22 February Catton class will be commencing at 10am (rather than the usual 9:30am) The class will still be an hour and a half so will conclude at 11:30am. Thank you for your understanding and I will keep you posted on Aylah’s first day at nursery.

Class Price
I have for the last 3 years absorbed hall rental price increases. Unfortunately I am unable to do this again this year. When we return after Easter cost for a single class will be £7.50 a 6 class pass will therefore be £37.50 (this is still 6 classes for the price of 5) You have 8 weeks to use the pass.
Baby Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga
Starting April 18 there will be 2 Pregnancy Yoga classes 6:15pm and 7:45pm at St Mary Magdalene Church Hall on Silver Road. A 6 week course is £50, including all equipment and refreshments.
Birth Preparation workshop Sunday 25th March
This is for you and your birthing partner to help your partner feel more involved and useful during the birth, or of course you can come on your own. We will go over things learnt in class. We will discuss and learn breathing techniques, birthing positions, visualisation and relaxation techniques to help you on your babies birthing day.
